Prochesta Prokolpo Scheme, West Bengal

Prochesta Prokolpo Scheme is a West Bengal government’s scheme. The Prochesta Prokolpo scheme provides financial grant to people who live in West Bengal at the time of corona lock down. Under the Prochesta Prokolpo scheme, government led by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will give a financial help of INR 1000 to people who work in unorganized sectors.

Prochesta Prokolpo Scheme Launch

The Prochesta Prokolpo scheme was launched by Mamata Banerjee, current chief minister of West Bengal. The scheme was similar to other support schemes launched by various other state governments at the time of Covid-19 lockdown accross India.

The Prochesta Prokolpo scheme was launched on 24th March 2023.

Prochesta Prokolpo Scheme Benefit

Under the Prochest Prakalpa Scheme, unaided workers in State of West Bengal shall receive sum of one thousand rupees each. The scheme promises to provide money to those who apply for Prochesta scheme.

A number of sixty lakh workers shall get benefit of Prochest Prakalpa Scheme.

Prochesta Prokolpo Conditions

There are several conditions that must be followed before applying for Prochesta Prokolpo Scheme.

• Applicant must be a resident of West Bengal.
• Applicant must have an address prood and identity proof card.
• Applicant must be an unaided worker in Bengal.
• Applicant must work in an unorganized sector.

Prochesta Prokolpo Application Process

Those who want to get benefit of Prochest Prakalpa Scheme need to apply online at the wb.gov.in website. There is an enrollment process for Prochesta Prokolpo Scheme. Government of West Bengal will create a list of people who are eligible for Prochest Scheme. Then, the beneficiary list shall be verified. All beneficiary of Prochest scheme shall receive money in their bank account.

As per new update the registration for Prochesta Prokolpo scheme starts on 15th April 2023.
