If you are a PMAY Customer and you have applied online for loan subsidy, you can check your PMAY UCLAP subsidy status on the CLSS Awas Portal. Even if you are a customer of any bank and have applied for the subsidy through a bank, you can easily track the status of PMAY Subsidy without visiting the bank website. You can just go to the PMAY CLSS Awas Portal and check the status of your subsidy.

How to check PMAY Subsidy Status Online using Application ID?
If you know your PMAY Application ID, then you can use the CLSS Tracker to check the PMAY Subsidy status. For that, follow the steps below –
- Go to https://pmayuclap.gov.in/
First, you have to visit the official website of PMAY UCLAP where you will find an option to check the PMAY Subsidy status. Type https://pmayuclap.gov.in/ in your browser and then click enter. You will now see the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban.
- Click on CLSS Tracker.
Now, you have to locate a link called CLSS Tracker which stands for Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme tracker. You can simply click on the CLSS tracker button from the menu, and you will see the PMAY Subsidy status checking form.
- Enter your PMAY Application ID.
In the CLSS Tracker, you have to use your PMAY Application serial number to check PMAY Subsidy status using Application ID. You get your Application ID while applying for the loan subsidy under PMAY yojana.
- Enter the OTP
Now, you will receive an OTP on the registered mobile numbers of PMAY borrowers and co-borrowers. Enter the OTP to validate your application status enquiry.
- Click on Get Status Button.
After entering the Application ID, you now have to click on the Get Status button. Once you click on the button, you will now get the status update of your subsidy.
CLAP has a tracking system for beneficiaries to track their application status after entering Application ID Cxxxxxxxxxxx and an OTP code (Note:- CLAP will send Applicant ID and and OTP code on registered mobile number of borrower/co-borrower)
PMAY Subsidy Status through SMS and CLSS Tracker
The new CLSS tracker also sends your update of your PMAY Application status or PMAY Subsidy status through SMS. You can check the SMS update received on the borrower’s and co-borrower’s mobile numbers. Here are the formats in which PMAY Status on SMS is sent –
- PMAY Application Status on SMS – After generation of Application ID – Dear Mr.* *Application ID*, Your Application ID 12345678 generated for PMAY(U)-CLSS. Please retain Application ID for status tracking on https://pmayuclap.gov.in.
- PMAY Claim Status on SMS – After lodging of claim by PLI to CNA’s portal – Dear Mr.* *Application ID*, PLI submitted your claim with Application ID 12345678 to on 00/00/00. Please visit https://pmayuclap.gov. in for status tracking. – NHB/HUDCO/SBI
- PMAY Beneficiary ID Status on SMS – After generation of Beneficiary ID – Dear Mr.* *Application ID*, Your PMAY(U)-CLSS Beneficiary ID is 12345678. will release subsidy to PLI for onward crediting to your Home Loan Account. – NHB/HUDCO/SBI
- PMAY Phone Upload Notification SMS – for uploading photo selfie and video of success story from CLSS Beneficiaries – Dear Mr.* *Application ID*, Please upload your home photo/selfie/video using PMAY(U) app at https://pmayuclap.gov.in to Govt. of India for Beneficiary ID 12345678.
- PMAY Subsidy Refund Status on SMS- After subsidy refund by PLI to CAN – Dear Mr.* *Application ID*, PLI refunded subsidy to for Beneficiary ID 12345678 due to 123456789123456789. For details visit at https://pmayuclap.gov.in.
- OTP generation SMS – at the time of generation of OTP – Dear Mr.* *Application ID*, <123456> is OTP to track PMAY(U)-CLSS subsidy application status. Valid for 5 mins. For details visit https://pmayuclap.gov.in.
