- bsemp.nic.in वेबसाईट पर जाएँ
- स्टूडेंट के ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करें
- परीक्षा आवेदन / Examination Application के लिंक पर जाएँ
- परीक्षा आवेदन फॉर्म भरने की प्रक्रिया वहाँ दी गई है । उसके नीचे जाएं ।
- परीक्षा फॉर्म की स्थिति जानें का ऑप्शन चुनिये
- अपना फॉर्म नामांकन क्र. प्रविष्ट करें
- बटन पर क्लिक करें और अपने इग्ज़ैम फॉर्म स्टैटस को चेक करें

परीक्षा फॉर्म की स्थिति का मतलब क्या है ?
Pariksha Form Ki Sthiti 2023 Meaning – यदि आपने अपना आवेदन पत्र यानि की परीक्षा का ऐप्लकैशन फॉर्म जमा कर दिया है तो आपको एक रशीद मिल होगा । उसके अनुसार आपको पता चलेगा की आपके परीक्षा फॉर्म की स्थिति क्या है । आपके परीक्षा फॉर्म की स्थिति अनेक तरह की हो सकती है –
- पेंडिंग – पहला जो स्टैटस आपके परीक्षा फॉर्म का हो सकता है वो है पेंडिंग स्टैटस । इस स्थिति मे आपका फॉर्म अभी तक सत्यापित नहीं हुआ है । आपके फॉर्म को अप्रूव होने मे अभी और समय लगेगा ।
- सब्मिटड – ऐसी स्थिति मे आपका फॉर्म जमा हो गया है । इसका यह मतलब है की अभी आपका फॉर्म सिर्फ जमा हुआ है । उसपर आगे की कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई है ।
- सक्सेस – इस स्थिति मे आपका फॉर्म जमा हो गया है और साथ ही उसे अप्रूव भी कर दिया गया है ।
Important Information for School Heads
- Filling up of forms for enrolment of newly admitted students in the legislature, online payment of enrolment fee, filling up of examination form, e-payment of examination fee are important and sensitive tasks.
- Schools themselves or any other computer/computer are not able to do so. The laptop is requested to do all the above. This will ensure accuracy of data|.
- All schools have the facility to obtain the user name/password of the school to work on the portal.
- In order to get the password, a OTP will be sent to the mobile number given by the Head of the Legislature while getting recognition. The user name/password of the legislature will be issued by the portal only after entry of OTP. The legislature head can contact the district education officer to change the mobile number.
- All school heads are requested to work on the portal as much as possible and the user name/password of the school is not covered by any other institution/institution. Don’t share with a private person.
- If the password is given to another person and there is an error in the data of the school, student enrolment, examination form on the portal, the school will be responsible.
- Change your password from time to time.

How to login into the BSEMP Portal?
- Go to bsemp.nic.in or http://mpbse.nic.in/.
- Click on Login option in the top menu.
- Click on cross to remove pop-up.
- Go to portal login form in the left side of page.
- Enter the username.
- Enter your password there.
- Enter the captcha code as shown.
- Submit the form and login to the BSEMP portal.
