CDAO – Manual

Steps for CDAOs:

  1. Visit the Odisha Seeds Portal.
  2. Login with a valid user ID, password, and captcha.
  3. Once logged in, the CDAO home screen will appear.
  4. Click on the “Farmer Updation” link in the left menu.
  5. The dropdown list will display requests for changes from AAOs.
  6. CDAOs can update various details, such as name correction, mobile number change (for the 2nd time), title change, father/husband name change, GP/village correction, gender change, Aadhaar number inclusion/edit, correction/change of bank details, and change of category.
  7. Proper verification of documents uploaded by AAOs is necessary before making any updates.

AAO – Manual

Steps for AAOs:

  1. Visit the Odisha Seeds Portal.
  2. Login with a valid user ID, password, and captcha.
  3. Once logged in, the AAO home screen will appear.
  4. Click on the “Farmer Details Updation” link in the left menu.
  5. Enter the farmer ID in the provided textbox and click on the search button.
  6. The farmer’s details will be displayed.
  7. AAOs can change the mobile number for the 1st updation.
  8. AAOs should initiate requests to CDAOs for various details such as name correction, title change, father/husband name change, GP/village correction, gender change, Aadhaar number inclusion/edit, mobile number change (for the 2nd time), correction/change of bank details, and change of category.
  9. Proper uploading of documents is necessary as mentioned on the website.
