The official website of meraparivar.haryana.gov.in registration provides an application form for updating family details. It also an application for various pension schemes under the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra Yojana.

हरयाणा में मेरा परिवार रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन तरीके उपलब्ध हैं। ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए आपको ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट meraparivar.haryana.gov.in रजिस्ट्रेशन पेज पर जाना होगा। वहां आपको ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरना होगा। इसके बाद आपका परिवार पहचान पत्र बनाया जाएगा। आपको एक फॅमिली आईडी दी जाएगी। उस फॅमिली आईडी की मदद से आप ऑनलाइन परिवार की जानकारी अपडेट कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद परिवार रजिस्टर में आपका नाम जोड़ दिया जाएगा।
How to register at mera parivar haryana registration portal?
- Go to meraparivar.haryana.gov.in
- Click on Update Family Details
- You’ll see an option called ‘Do you Know Parivar Pehchan Patra(Family ID)?’.
- Click on Yes, if you know.
- Click on No, if you don’t have your family ID.
- On the next page, enter your Aadhaar Number
- Your family details will be shown there.
- Open new member registration form
- Enter details of new family members in mera parivar haryana registration form.
- Submit the form and complete registration process.

How to fill Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra Application Form?

- Open new family registration section
- Enter your district and Area
- Enter Block, town, ward and village.
- Now, go to Head of household details section.
- Enter name of head of family for parivar pehchan patra registration
- Enter parent’s name and gender
- Provide age, DOB and mobile number
- Enter Aadhaar number or EID Number
- Provide reason of addition of family
- After that, you’ll see a table where you need to enter details of all members of family
- Submit the form with required documents to local Atal Seva Kendra or CSC Center.
- Your new parivar pehchan patra family registration will be done.
