This guide addresses the rectification of inaccuracies in the DDO master data used in IFHRMS, stemming from legacy data input by some DDO offices. These inaccuracies specifically pertain to DDO master office details, post creation, employee post mapping, and employee-specific cut over balance details.

A Data Comparison Report is accessible in the portal after logging in and has also been emailed to the respective treasury.

DDOs are able to review the comparison of master data and make necessary corrections in the IFHRMS Excel sheet. The reference DDO can make corrections through the WebADI Excel provision, which is enabled in the IFHRMS DDO login.

The data validation process flow should adhere to the provided path: DDO → Treasury L1 → Treasury L2. DDO Treasury mapping aligns with the current audit mapping for the bill process that is currently in practice.
