To download a temporary ESIC card, follow these steps:

1. Visit the ESIC portal at https://www.esic.gov.in/.
2. Navigate to the “E Pehchan Card” section.
3. Enter your ESIC number and click on “View”.
4. On the next page, click the “View Counterfoil” button.
5. The temporary ESIC card will be downloaded in PDF format.

• You can only download a temporary ESIC card if you know your ESIC number. If you have forgotten it, contact your employer or the ESIC office to retrieve it.
• The temporary ESIC card is valid for 3 months.
