Bihar Government has launched a new scholarship portal which provides easier method to apply for Bihar post matric scholarship for 10th passed students. All students who belong to the SC ST EBC and Backward Class category, can visit the new Bihar scholarship website link and apply for the post-matric scholarship 2023-2023.
The new Post matric scholarship portal of Bihar Government can be visited at pmsonline.bih.nic.in where they will find option for both NSP portal applicant who have not received the scholarship amount in their bank, as well as new applicant who want the Bihar post matric scholarship benefits.

How to apply for Bihar post matric scholarship through the pmsonline.bih.nic.in website portal?
- Institution registration should be done first.
For Bihar 10th passed scholarship scheme application, first the institutions need to visit the official portal of pmsonline.bih.nic.in and then complete their institution registration process. Now, once they complete the registration, they will get their login details on SMS and Email. Now, they need to login and submit complete scholarship registration form to register their institute and courses eligible for Bihar student scholarship.
- Complete the student registration process for Bihar post matric scholarship.
Students are now required to open the pmsonline.bih.nic.in website and start the student registration process. Fill the Bihar post matric scholarship application form online and save it. Now, login using the details received on the mobile or email and then upload the documents required. Once you fill the application and upload all documents, your application will be sent ahead for verification.
- Print your scholarship application form.
Once, students have completed the registration process on the PMS Online portal, they will now have to confirm their details in the application form and take a print of the form. The physical copy of form is required for further process.

The last date has been updated and can be checked on the latest notification by Government. It is supposed to be in mid-December but is subjected to change.
