The Ministry of External Affairs is organizing the 36th Edition of Know India Programme (KIP) from 3rd October, 2016 to 27th October, 2016, to familiarize Indian Diaspora youth with India’s culture, heritage and also with contemporary India. The duration of KIP will be of 25 days, in which participants will spend nearly 10 days in a selected State. This programme is open only for Indian origin Diaspora youth in age group of 18-30 years.  NRIs are not eligible. Preference would be given to PIOs who have not visited India so far.

The guidelines for KIP (ANNEXURE 1), application form (ANNEXURE II) and itinerary for the KIP (ANNEXURE III) are attached. Completed application forms should be submitted by PIOs to Embassy as early as 30th August, 2016.
